Ready for quick deployment and built tough with a 50-year life span and able to withstand 120+ mph wind levels. Haven Pods come with everything installed and ready upon delivery. All that is needed is water, septic and power hook-up, and quick install of the Mini-Split Air Conditioning unit. Often times you can be move-in ready on the same day as delivery.
